Parker joined the firm in October 2024, as an Associate Attorney. He graduated Cum Laude from the West Virginia University College of Law, earning his J.D. in May 2024. Parker is licensed in the State of West Virginia.
During law school, Parker was a member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association and competed in several mock trials, including the 2024 Texas Young Lawyers Association’s National Trial Competition. Competing in Region 4 of the competition, he was named “Best Overall Attorney” out of 22 teams representing 12 regional law schools. Upon graduation, Parker was inducted into The Order of Barristers, a national honorary society for oral advocates at the trial and appellate level.
Parker spent two summers working at the Firm as a Summer Law Clerk where he was able to experience and participate in a variety of civil litigation matters.
Parker is from Saint Albans, West Virginia, and attended Marshall University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2021. At Marshall, he worked on the Marshall Men’s Basketball staff from 2016-2021, having the opportunity to be a part of the historical 2018-19 C-USA Championship team.
