ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution are essential components of the civil justice system. Farrell, Jr. has successfully completed the West Virginia State Bar Mediator Program. He has wealth of experience representing both plaintiff and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation. Michael J. Farrell accepts mediator assignments in complex cases. He limits his mediator engagements to approximately four per year because of his other responsibilities.
